Leave Debbie Downer to SNL
How do we continue to run on full when we are surrounded by negativity? How can we keep from letting negativity take root in us? We leave out Debbie Downer selves behind and CHOOSE to actively acknowledge positive things. There are so many things that can be debilitating to us and the way we feel about ourselves and influence how we respond to people or our circumstances. We have to learn how to combat that so we can - as much as possible - stay in a positive place of gratitude so we can continue to run on full.
