We are a high school cross-country team that hopes to share stories about the sport, and funny happening’s in our lives. The hope is to get individual perspectives of our races and notice how everyone races differently. Stories will also be shared from everyday life whether they're funny, interesting, or just plain boring. We hope to have relaxed, yet interesting episodes that one can listen to, whether you know the sport or not.

    New Season! (It's about time)

    It has been way too long! Thanks for everyone that stuck around. Today in our short episode I quickly recap and share our thoughts on future episodes. We should now be getting episodes out continuously (weekly?). Thanks for listening and stay tuned!

    Cold Water

    Thanks for listening! Today we talk about track continuing and our invitational meet. This was a fun episode so stay tuned! Summer practices have now started for Cross-Country so more episodes should, actually, be coming out more frequently. Its seems to be easier during Cross season. That also means the next few episode of track are dated but still relevant. We'll get a recap out of the season soon, some exciting things happened.

    Today we talk about some holiday stuff and off-season challenges. We have been figuring out time wise how to get episodes out so this one is somewhat old.
