Ruppatahtah has quickly become my favorite audio treat. I love hearing Kyra and Cat talk about everything from the eggplant emoji to death to porn to online dating. It’s sort of like a warm hug, if a hug morphed into a raucous belly laugh and little soul pangs of recognition. The conversations are so real and raw, unstructured in the best of ways—one minute I’m laughing out loud at their hilarious rapport, and the next my heart is aching with some powerful insight into relationships or grief or this strange thing called life. I feel like Ruppatahtah is a testament to how human beings are innately fascinating; how if you put two thoughtful, smart, honest women in a room together (with a dude named Auto lurking in the background), magic happens. I’m so glad Kyra and Cat decided to share the intimate details of their lives with the rest of us. We’re all better for it!
