B4 - Seeing Development In One Photo

Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this closing bonus episode, Alahnnaa maps the entireseason onto what we can see in a Kirlian Photo. Where the left hand holds everything from childhood and the right hand (and feet) show how it plays out in present-day health and life. She shows how each finger corresponds to adifferent episode and a different chapter of development — prenatal, mother-father-child (parenting), meeting the world, conscious perception of the world as safe and manageable or not, and how we react to everything that happens to us. Sheexplains that a healed system can hold complexity (gray) and no longer needs to see black and white, and how the person we are in a relationship with is the person we are going to work through our conflicts with. She closes with theseason's guiding principle: anything that moves is healthy, anything that stagnates is sick. 0:00 The Pattern Underneath Everything 0:30 Hands and Feet 1:04 The Return as Resolution 1:27 The Little and Ring Fingers 1:52 The Middle Finger 2:10 The Index Finger 2:30 The Thumb 2:59 Markers in a Kirlian Photo Tell Us What Treatments to Try 3:16 We Can’t See Gray If We Are Full of Chaos 3:34 Confirming that Someone Is A Narcissist Keeps You Stuck3:55 What "Truth Evolves" Actually Means 4:43 Integration for A Rigid Personality 5:10 Relaxing the Grip of Survival Mode 5:58 Anything That Moves Is Healthy 6:12 One Long Answer to How to Get What Is Stuck Moving Again Learn more: website: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/ articles: https://medium.com/@AlahnnaaCampbell transcripts: https://substack.com/@alahnnaacampbell151918 book time: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/book-online About This Work: Alahnnaa Campbell holds an MSc inPsychology and Social Neuroscience, specializing in Stress and Health. SC - Readiness, Logistics, and Referrals

Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this Season Closer, Alahnnaa speaks directly to twoaudiences at once: someone considering this work for themselves, and a practitioner wondering how referring a client to her would help deepen their relationship with their client and is not a risk for losing their client. She explains the different ways people engage with this work — locally, remotely, or not yet — and what readiness really requires: not enduring without breaks, but staying curious enough to ask what your body is trying to tell you. She's honest that she isn't exempt from having to wait for readiness herself, andcloses with clients who practitioners refer are still going to need someone to talk to about how life has changed for them, their relationship continues to serve and important role, and this work only helps them make more progresswhere they were stuck before. 0:00 What You're Starting to Ask0:20 Who This Episode Is For0:29 Two Ways to Work Together1:18 Not Every Client Wants to Self-Treat2:15 They're Still Your Client2:29 The Question of Readiness3:02 What Order Therapy Requires3:29 Society Says Pain Is Wrong4:11 Two Ways to Get There4:18 Waking in the Night5:10 Communication We Refuse to Hear Gets Louder5:35 Getting Sick Doesn't Mean You Failed5:46 Not Just About Fear, Dreaming for More6:29 Her Own Feet and Readiness7:21 Hardware vs Software7:57 What Readiness Actually Sounds Like8:29 Why You Won't Lose Your Client Learn more:website: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/articles: https://medium.com/@AlahnnaaCampbelltranscripts: https://substack.com/@alahnnaacampbell151918book time: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/book-online About This Work: Alahnnaa Campbell holds an MSc inPsychology and Social Neuroscience, specializing in Stress and Health. B3 - Managing Reactions

Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this episode, Alahnnaa talks about the many ways thatpeople can respond to Esogetic Medicine — including sometimes an increase in pain, injury, or trip to the hospital. Sometimes people call it quits, even though their life gets better, because reactions can be more provocative thanthey were ready for. She shares her own example of how an increase in pain led her to take the action that was needed. She also gets into why this work isn't neutral for the practitioner either, and how she uses AI (and self-treatment) — as a way to search her own training material, from each client's unique perspective, so she can continue to see everything as information on what may be needed, nota personal attack, to give her clients more, and reduce the risk of relationship rupture. 0:00 I Am Willing to Grow With You0:36 How People Tend to Respond to Esogetic Medicine1:01 An Increase in Pain can be What Is Needed1:39 Witness Instead of React2:06 Pain as a Teacher2:41 It's Not Your Ego's Life3:12 This Isn’t Neutral for the Practitioner Either3:48 Why She Uses AI4:26 What AI Is and Isn't5:14 Making Sure AI Draws Only from Her High Quality Manuals5:38 Finding Substitutions for Self-Treatment6:15 Why Her Esogetic Medicine and Human Design Manuals Work Well with AI6:40 Free vs. Paid Learn more:website: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/articles: https://medium.com/@AlahnnaaCampbelltranscripts: https://substack.com/@alahnnaacampbell151918book time: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/book-online About This Work: Alahnnaa Campbell holds an MSc inPsychology and Social Neuroscience, specializing in Stress and Health. E7 - "I want to change but don't know how" (Perimenopause)

Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this episode, Alahnnaa talks about approachingperimenopause with the same awareness she brings to parenting, medication, or any major life change. She explains why symptoms that seem to come out of nowhere — hot flashes, brain fog, pain — are often things the body was already managing, and now is the time to address these issues, so they don’t get worse. Using a concrete example from Esogetic Medicine (why elevated cholesterol mayreally be the body trying to reconnect the heart, gut, and brain, not just a number to bring down), she explains why perimenopause offers roughly ten years to make real changes, and why a woman who moves through this transition with awareness can end up holding space for others too — speaking both to the fact that family health requires mother and father health beyond when the kids areyoung, and also that women still have an important role to play, beyond raising their kids. 0:00 Approaching Change with Awareness 0:27 What the Hormone Drop Reveals 0:45 The Three Brains 1:20 The Cholesterol Example 2:13 The Body Asking to Reconnect 2:36 Why the Brain Prunes 3:01 The Ten-Year Window 3:33 Holding Space for a Spouse 3:56 How We Can Get Started Learn more: website: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/ articles: https://medium.com/@AlahnnaaCampbell transcripts: https://substack.com/@alahnnaacampbell151918 book time: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/book-online About This Work: Alahnnaa Campbell holds an MSc inPsychology and Social Neuroscience, specializing in Stress and Health. E6 - Back To The Womb

Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this episode, Alahnnaa talks about how prenatal and birthstress (including in vitro fertilization, IVF) can impact a child'sdevelopment, replacing guilt and blame with "what could be happening here?" She explains how every cell in our body is trying to determine if the environment is safe, and use the metaphor of a scratched CD, to describe howpatterns get stuck, how we tend to react to what is happening, and what we could do instead, to help our kids find what they are looking for – their unique life plan. She shares that because Esogetic Medicine is non-verbal, parentsdon’t have to explain anything to their kids, but when they feel ready, it might be helpful. 0:00 Did IVF Cause This?0:22 Learning the Modality Herself0:48 Beyond IVF, Any Pregnancy or Birth Stress0:56 What Could Be Happening Here1:19 Every Cell Is Asking the Same Question1:49 Perception Is Everything2:35 The Scratched CD3:15 Signs to Look For4:09 Talking to Your Kids4:31 You Are Not to Blame Learn more:website: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/articles: https://medium.com/@AlahnnaaCampbelltranscripts: https://substack.com/@alahnnaacampbell151918book time: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/book-online About This Work: Alahnnaa Campbell holds an MSc inPsychology and Social Neuroscience, specializing in Stress and Health. Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this episode, Alahnnaa talks about what happens when achild raised with awareness meets the outside world (school and community) and how we can help young adults launch if they were not raised with awareness of their Unique Psychology (goals, limits, and needs). She explains what it means to be "ready", why sending a kid to school before they are ready can hurt the child and the school, and why relationship health has to come before parent-child or into-the-world health can be successful. She shares her ownfamily's return to mainstream school after years away, and touches on how kids sometimes repeat part of their parent's unresolved conflict and how this can be resolved. 0:00 Two Ways to Merge with the World0:41 What Episode Four Was Really About1:23 What "Ready" Actually Means2:01 When Home Isn't Settled2:36 Working Alongside School, Not Replacing It3:14 Generational Trauma3:55 Order Therapy to let go of What Isn't Yours4:22 Pruning Through Every Stage of Life5:17 Her Own Return to Mainstream School5:57 The Return Is a Spiral6:32 Integration with Awareness6:48 For the Young Adult Who Wasn't Raised with Awareness7:36 RestoreChi vs. Esogetic Medicine7:45 Parent and Child Healing Together8:05 What's Coming Next Learn more:website: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/articles: https://medium.com/@AlahnnaaCampbelltranscripts: https://substack.com/@alahnnaacampbell151918book time: https://www.yourlifeplan.ca/book-online About This Work: Alahnnaa Campbell holds an MSc inPsychology and Social Neuroscience, specializing in Stress and Health. Truth Evolves — Navigating health, life, and parenting withmore than just mainstream medicine. In this episode, Alahnnaa returns to the brown spot on herface, from B1 on Order Therapy, and uses it to explain how patterns show up in families, not just from a genetic perspective. She talks about the connectionbetween gallstones, liver, and inability to adapt (in Esogetics and TCM), how the organs mainstream tends to remove with ease serve as a buffer for processing stress, and the parent-child relationships among organs that can lead to common symptom patterns that elude mainstream medicine because they tend to practice in silos.
