Kristin asks you to think about the people in your life who...
- Make you feel taken advantage of
- Blame you for things for which you are not responsible
- Disrespect or hurt you
- Interrupt your privacy
- Bully or abuse you
- Simply push their needs and feelings onto you
She then offers a few quick ideas to set boundaries.
Kristin also asks you to be honest with yourself about the boundaries you yourself violate.
