    Over the last several years, I have occupied many different homes. Some owned by loved ones. Some by people I know on the periphery. But in all of these instances, I now understand there is an energy that belongs to a physical space. And when it hasn't only been yours, it carries the footprint of all those occupants who preceded you...even those who built it! Starting over meant that only my energetic footprint belongs in my home. Tune in to learn how you can do this, too!     S7: E3 Tiny Step By Tiny Step

    This week's episode begins with an intuitive message for the collective: Stay curious around the things that are moving/shifting in your life, especially mental messages and communications. The real invitation in this fire energy is to stay in control of your thinking and simply notice what arrives. Decision making is a key part of the process to starting over. It all begins with one decision, and then everything else afterwards is just a product of that one choice. The process of decision-making must evolve beyond what our minds think to include the wisdom of our bodies and spirit, too. And over time, as we collect information from these inner sources, we can take tiny steps of action toward a choice- without any guarantee of an outcome. All decisions require courageous surrender to the unknown, but they only come to fruition through the collaboration between what you can know and what tiny steps you do take.     Both things can be true: you can be wildly excited to start over and deeply sad to let go of what was. This week's episode shares my own journey with saying goodbye to Massachusetts and welcoming in North Carolina, all through the experience of transferring my car registration.     Welcome back, friends! I've missed you. After a hiatus, I return with Season 7, where you find me in a new place, a new city, and building a new life after 25 years in Boston.     Excited to share a new intuitive message with you, as I have been undergoing a major life change. Please pardon the 2 month hiatus, as I finally found the next right place for me to live! Our message this week has to do with understanding there are aspects of ourselves that cannot go forward into our new places and spaces- and before I moved, I got a very clear, physical reminder of this.     Over the last several years, many of us have been through a major purge by shedding and letting go of people, places and things. Now that there is open space, the invitation for this week's intuitive message is: what are you going to let in? and how much are you going to let in? The practice as we consider these questions is about discernment: being very thoughtful with how we fill the open space that we worked so hard to create. It will ask that we practice the balance between knowing what rightly deserves to be let in and simply what does not!     This week's intuitive message comes as we have moved into Pisces season, where the sign of the Fish offers us an invitation to experience weightlessness in water. Do you remember floating in a pool as a child? I do- vividly. That feeling brings me back to moments of pause, being held in the water, chest raised to the sky, and watching the clouds pass by. We are being asked to float a bit right now. Pay attention to what is received with your chest and heart-space exposed Notice how it feels to be held by the water. See what happens!     As we approach Valentine's Day, this week's message invites us to look at how lovingly we speak to ourselves. It may feel easier or more comfortable to express love outwardly, towards others. But how might it feel to lean into a more compassionate, tender, generous inner voice? I have to wonder how much could be reconciled in our world if we were all more practiced at projecting less and turning the mirror on ourselves more...how much could be healed by letting self-love be a guiding principle?
