    (#16) - Making Money on Onlyfans - What No One Told Me

    When I first started OnlyFans, it was very much a sexual sexual awakening—a fun, liberating, and wildly erotic way to explore my pleasure and own my body. As someone raised in a deeply religious environment and carrying years of shame around my sexuality, stepping into this world was like reclaiming a piece of myself I didn’t even know I was missing. I experimented with kinks, showcased my authentic pleasure, and connected with others who celebrated me for being unapologetically me. And I was getting paid for it! It felt empowering to create content on my terms, knowing I was breaking free from old conditioning and stepping fully into my sexuality. But then something shifted. I got hooked on the money. What started as playful exploration turned into a performance. I felt pressure to produce, to cater to expectations, and to keep the income coming. It stopped being about my pleasure and started feeling like an obligation—a transaction where I was trading my sexual energy for money. The fun was gone, and in its place was a draining cycle of self-exploitation. I realized I was no longer honoring my body or my boundaries - It was time for something to change This video is the story of my OnlyFans journey—how it began as an act of liberation, how it took me to unexpected places, and how I eventually stepped back to reclaim my power.

    (#15) - I'll Never Get Botox or Dysport Again

    In this heartfelt and raw episode, I take you on a journey through my first—and last—experience with Dysport (a Botox alternative). What started as a vanity-driven decision quickly turned into an emotional deep dive into the connection between my body, energy work, and spirituality. I share the physical and emotional aftermath, the unexpected lessons, and the impact it had on my meditation practice, emotional release, and connection to my third eye chakra. You'll hear me wrestle with questions like: Did I damage my ability to connect with higher consciousness? Have I disrupted my nervous system regulation? And, most importantly, What does this mean for my healing journey and my work with clients?     (#12) - Healing Sorrow & Guilt: Facing Pain from Leaving my Husband

    This is another Raw & Vulnerable one... Recently I moved through some intense sorrow and guilt - primarily involving what it took to leave my husband to choose the life I wanted for myself. I still have so much love for him - and so much of the sorrow and guilt that I process and share in this video had to do with me having to hurt him to choose myself.     (#11) - I'm Going Back to AA

    Recently I decided I'm going to start going to AA meetings again. This decision has stirred up a lot of inner conflict - especially around my identity as it relates to addiction, sobriety, and what it means if I utilize AA meetings for support. I've never felt comfortable identifying as an addict. I've definitely struggled with some severe addiction in the past. My late teens and early twenties were riddled with extreme bipolar swings entangled with heavy alcohol and drug use. And even after my 30 day stay in a rehab facility in Georgia back in 2018, it wasn't long at all before I was drinking and using drugs again. It wasn't until 2020 when I started working with a my Reiki Master Teacher in high-level energy mentorship containers that I was able to really start changing the internal landscape required for me to quit nicotine and stop relying on substances as a copying mechanism for the pain I was carrying within. Flash forward to moving out to Southern California this past May - I was warned multiple times about how much more prevalent using is in the social landscape out here. I quickly found all these warnings were well merited. I've been navigating this social landscape out here for about 6 months now - and I've reached the decision to start going to AA meetings to build sober community for myself. But like I said, this decision didn't come without some major internal conflict around what this says about who I am as a person who has struggled with addiction. This video gives a timeline of my history with addiction and a raw play-by-play narrative as I navigate what it means for me to seek support from AA meetings. By the end, I finally reach a satisfying meaning to it all—one that steps outside the polarizing 'black or white' thought patterns that have always felt too constricting for howI relate to my identity.
