Sacred Flow

There's something about Alycia's message that really speaks to my heart and soul. I get connected to something important for my well-being every time I listen to her talk, whether it's a timely reminder or an entirely new perspective. We need more people hearing (and sharing!) these messages. I danced and moved and shook my way through the last episode I listened to, 'cause I was reminded that I needed more movement in my day. As of writing this, it's a pretty new podcast, but I can't wait to follow it as her message and focus continues to develop and evolve. It's already great and is only going to get better.

I enjoy listening to Alycia. It’s definitely one of the most grounding podcast I have listened to. I enjoy her voice very much as well, very Yin and nurturing yet assertive and confident of what she’s sharing with us. She’s constantly reminding me of self care and awareness.
