    78. How you shift from Fear based thinking to Love based thinking

    Happy Imbolc!  🌹☀️ This is the half way point between Winter and Spring - we are literally moving towards the light and to greater warmth - which is great news if you live in Canada or any wintering country in the Northern Hemisphere :)  The cycles of Nature are on our side, as we journey through these chaotic and tragic times, which I believe is a call of our times for each one of us to move from Fear Based Thinking to Love Based Thing.  Everything is Love or a Call to Love ~ A Course in Miracles (Marianne Williamson has a gorgeous day by day membership based on A Course in Miracles, if you a curious and want to learn more!) Now is the time, to truly embody what we want, to BE the vision we are holding for the future. ❤️💕 In this episode, I provide examples of ways you can begin to change your thinking, as fear based thinking is so deeply woven into our society and the world systems.  When we come from a place of fear, we naturally have a tendency to 'other' people, to dehumanize them. When we come from a place of Love, we naturally are curious about them, we naturally have a basic level of respect and reverence for where they are coming from.  This is how we come together as a human race to repair and heal the world. We meet each other with curiousity. Together we can do amazing things, including move mountains! One person at a time, as a collective, we need to understand the immense power for change we have.  How you shift from Fear Based Thinking to Love Based thinking are:  1. Practice Loving Your Self - notice your thoughts, start reframing your fear based thoughts. 2. Practice Loving your Loved ones (even more) - these are the easy ones, you already love them! How do they speak to them selves, how do you speak to them, especially in disagreements. Practice loving repair and listening.  3.     77. 3 Ways to find more Meaning in your Life

    This episode is to reinforce the fact that each of us has so much inherent power, individually and collectively. 💕 And the changes and uncertainty happening in the world and individually can really wear us down. And we are playing a LONG GAME here - at least collectively!  If you are wondering what the point of all this turmoil is, not to mention how to find a personal sense of meaning within your life and legacy - then this episode is for you.  3 ways to find more meaning in your life are:  1) Quiet and Silent Practices: drop the endless distractions and information overload, get back to yourself - walk in nature, find times where you are just in silence to tune into your Inner Wisdom and to get back to mothering yourself and caring for yourself. There is no need to be exposed to news, social media, and podcasts all the time - so what balance will you find between being aware of what's going on around you, of connecting with others online in positive ways, and finding peace within yourself while sitting in silence, or meditating, and other practices I mention in this episode.  2) Find YOUR Joy: get clear on your sources of Joy & ensure you have these things in your days, weeks and months and years to come! This will ensure you have the capacity for your life's ups and downs, and our collective re-structuring, and generally living through these times. Your joy is also your creativity, your sexual energy, your life force - prioritizing these aspects of your life is necessary to refresh and reset yourself when things are harder.  3) Be with your Loved Ones & Extend love & Receive love: Being in community with other humans is so good for our Souls. Be present with your loved ones, extend love to others, receive love from others. Volunteer your time to a great cause, help your neighbour, you get the idea!  When you are feeling lost or if you aren't sure where your life is headed - get back to the basics, 1) get quiet enough to hear your Inner Wisdom (your Intuition) so you can direct your life from within, 2) Find your Joy and 3) be with others in a generous, open hearted way.  If you make these three things a priority in your life, you'll create a meaningful life and beyond!  PS: Before I recorded this episode: I pulled an angel card - it was number 8, Archangel Raguel: Fair and just decisions. Do what you know is right.     76. A Big Hello & Life Update! (Two high school grads & Magical trip to Glastonbury)

    Sending you a big hug & a life update episode - since it's been a awhile since my last new episode! Thank you for being here and taking the time to listen into my podcast :) In this episode - I talk about how big a threshold we've been on collectively and how mine has looked personally: a) my eldest kiddos graduating high school and heading off to university b) my trip to Glastonbury with the most beautiful group of women - the healing container that we all created was exactly the reset, rest, and re-alignment my soul needed. The women who hosted this retreat were incredible. We visited the Glastonbury Abbey, the The Chalice Well Gardens of the Red Springs, The Living Waters of the White Springs, the Magdalene Chapel, Standing Stones of Avebury and the West Kennet Long Barrow and of course The Tor where the Michael & Mary Dragon Ley Lines meet - it was all so etheric and heart healing and inspiring ❤️🌹 c) the space I've had since September to really listen in and tune in to what is calling to come through me in this next phase of my life and what needs to fall away, so there's room for what's coming through!
