I'll share things that I have been afraid to say out loud because I didn't want to lose friends or be misunderstood and criticized. Topics will vary; as a wife and a mom to 4, sometimes I'll dive into that side of my life. Other times I'll talk about the healing journey, doing the inner work. I'm a guide for others and do the work personally, because my existence depends on it! Besides that I'm highly intuitive and deeply connected with the Divine Spirit.     How ya doin takin care of yourself?

    Giving ourselves time in stillness, to recharge, be with friends, have nourishing meals, keep a regular sleep schedule with plenty of hours to be asleep ... these are all important ways we can take care and support our WHOLE body. There's plenty of other ways besides the ones I named! Bottom line: this is a skill we learn, by parental figures or caregivers modeling it to us during our developmental years, or by choosing to learn it ourselves in adulthood. Neglect yourself for too long and you will see the effects!     I've been depressed and anxious too ya know

    I know how excruciatingly difficult it can be to live feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed and constantly afraid. I have experienced these realities many years of my life. I ALSO know how wonderful it is to feel well, at ease, settled within my body, unafraid and unbothered by challenging situations that arise. Hypervigilant has been my middle name almost all my life, but lately that changed. I let go of that name. I don’t use medications to soothe me, but I do take natural supplements sometimes to support my body, and for sure I prioritize doing the inner work. I have slowed down my life incredibly and make a point of getting the sleep I need. These are the natural ways I take care of my whole body.     Why am I afraid to be myself?

    Are you satisfied with your life?

    I wanted to delete this episode, and then I realized it was the exact type of content I needed to have on this show. Every time I think something is lousy and should be deleted I have to do the opposite and include it. Remember, I'm not here to impress anyone. I'm not seeking to be polished and perfect.
