Nittany Girl '01

I’ve done yoga for 14 years, and Salt has been my favorite studio ever. After spending 5.5 years attending classes in both the Seven Fields and Sewickley studios, COVID19 forced us all to take a pause. I had done occasional Salt Podcasts in previous years, but 2020 has been the year of the Podcast yoga, and these wonderful instructors keep me challenged and sane in an insane world. Thank you all! I miss you, my friends!
