holiday gift giving guide

this week we talk about ways to shop for anyone in your life. I give tips on how to gift creatively, within a budget, or if you wanna indulge a little more. I came equipped with a list of my favorite types of gifts to give and what I would gift to my listeners if I could get each of you a present! the holidays can be a really fun time but they also can be challenging in a lot of different ways. It's important to be gracious with yourself and know that struggle is temporary, we're all going through it. look for gratitude in the things you have that money can't buy! a very witchy halloween episode! we get in the spirit, grab some candy to munch on while u watch! this week we talk about the astrology of the week and what it means for us, it’s very aligned with halloween and day of the dead which are celebrated this week. the sun is traveling through the mysterious, deep, powerful sign of scorpio- how fitting! putting our morality at the center of our focus reminds us how important our limited time here is, what are you going to do with it? lean into unconventionality and celebration, have a little fun in a world that is often taken so serious. burnout. fearing that you’ve lost “it”, struggling to find inspiration is a myth, inspiration will always find you! ps sorry for the abrupt ending, love uuuuu

chaos, karma, & self awareness

everything has been so chaotic in the stratosphere lately... this week we talk about how chaos can show up in our lives, conversations may come up that can shift things in your reality. I recently found out that 80% of the population is not self aware! self awareness is one of our greatest strengths. this week I talk about how self awareness can improve your life, tips on how to strengthen it, how to look for it in your already existent behavior and interests. what you put out into the world is coming back to you! I promise. good people can make bad choices, we talk about how to move forward from things that don't align with who you truly are.
