    Think Before You React..

    Emotional intelligence is a major key to sustaining a peaceful environment for an individual. Learning to control how one responds to outside influences can help dictate if life will be full of regrets or bliss. When you decide to not take anything personal, and allow yourself time to think things through prior to responding it can save you a lot of hardship and pain. Not every scenario allows you the opportunity to control the outcome of your personal reaction, but whenever the chance presents itself make sure that you take full advantage of it would be my advice!
