Today on Saving America, we're looking at a wave of senseless violence: from the heartbreaking kidnapping of Savannah Guthrie’s mother to the devastating school shooting in British Columbia and the ongoing terror in Nigeria. But the crisis doesn't stop at our borders. We’re diving into the economic confusion as the government and private sector fight over conflicting jobs reports, while our public schools spend record-breaking amounts only to see student outcomes plummet. Plus, is the “miracle” weight-loss drug GLP-1 actually bringing back a 17th-century pirate disease? We’re breaking down the SAVE Act, the future of the Democratic party, and the simple vitamin fix you need to hear about. Stay tuned—we’re saving the country, one story at a time. Thanks for joining me for this episode! I’m a Houston- based attorney, run an HR Consulting company called Claremont Management Group, and am a tenured professor at the University of St. Thomas. I’ve also written several non-fiction political commentary books: Bad Deal for America (2022) explores the Vegas-style corruption running rampant in Washington DC, while The Decline of America: 100 Years of Leadership Failures (2018) analyzes – and grades – the leadership qualities of the past 100 years of U.S. presidents. Immigration Crisis: DOJ's "Hammer Approach" Denies Legal Immigrants Justice

Today on Saving America, we're exposing a critical threat to our legal immigration system. The Department of Justice's new "interim final rule" for the Board of Immigration Appeals—the BIA—is a game-changer. Despite my tough stance on illegal immigration, I'm a fierce advocate for legal pathways, especially as our nation faces a critical labor shortage. But this new rule, effective March 2026, will summarily dismiss many legitimate appeals, reducing deadlines from 30 days to a mere 10, eliminating full briefings, and dramatically lowering success rates for immigrants already vetted for criminal behavior. Is this truly about efficiency, or is it a "hammer approach" denying legal immigrants their day in court? We'll also dive into the controversial crackdown on H-1B visas and propose a smarter solution than simply throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Don't miss this crucial report on the future of legal immigration in America! Thanks for joining me for this episode! The “Strategic Reset” has officially arrived, and it’s hitting the pockets of the D.C. elite. From the staggering collapse of the Washington Post newsroom to Senator Joni Ernst's new DISPOSAL Act targeting $3 billion in federal real estate waste, the message is clear: the days of unchecked bloat are over. Today, we’re breaking down why legacy media is imploding, how the DOGE mission is reclaiming your tax dollars from “ghost town” government buildings, and the surprising electoral shift in Texas that should be a massive wake-up call for the GOP. We’re cutting through the noise and getting to the truth. Let’s get started. Thanks for joining me for this episode! Is America finally turning the corner, or are we just seeing the calm before a different kind of storm? Today on Saving America, we’re breaking down a historic week: the largest murder rate drop in U.S. history is proving that law and order works, while the Pentagon takes a 'sledgehammer' to DEI contracts. But as the national debt ticks past $39 trillion at a staggering $71,800 per second, we have to ask—is the 'beautiful bill' enough? Plus, the Clintons face contempt charges over Epstein, and RFK Jr. flips the food pyramid on its head. It’s a packed episode you can’t afford to miss. Thanks for joining me for this episode!
