How to stop body checking, when is the right time to leave a relationship, & my self care routine
Welcome to our first listeners Q&A, we discuss all things from our body image to relationships and when is the right time to leave. As well as some self care tips and my opinion on finding your passion.
Wholeheartedly, the best podcast ever. I’ve listened to so many podcasts of similar topics, but Maryana is on another level. She is so honest and her advice and love for you is so genuine. I literally cried during so many episodes: please keep it up!!!!
I’ve been following Maryana for quite some time now, on YouTube and Instagram. This podcast is amazing. She talks about real life issues and is so open about her experiences and life. It is inspiring and helpful to hear about things from her perspective. And to see that a girl who looks like she has it all, struggles with the same things we all do. Can’t wait for the next episode!
So helpful and honest, I love it!
I found Maryana years ago on YouTube and Instagram when I was starting to lift and wanted workout inspo. I remember saving her videos and repeating them at the gym. For about a year after I started lifting, I became extremely restrictive and after seeing a doctor who told me if I didn’t start eating more I would have medical problems, I gradually developed binge eating. The cycle continued for a long time, even up until a few weeks ago. When I finally decided I wanted to start fixing my relationship with food, I stumbled upon Maryana’s Instagram, which led me to this podcast, and it had absolutely fueled my desire to recover. I love her and her approach to have sustainable, healthy habits. I’ve been taking walks, hikes, not restricting, resting when I need to, and accepting my body for however it needs to be to recover and learn to trust me again. This podcast is amazing ❤️
