The Most Soothing

This podcast is one of my favorite podcast of all time. I love listening to this when I am at work because Amanda always gives us loving gentle reminders on how to live a more slow, soft and delicious life while still being high achievers!
I always look forward to listening to new episodes, as I always take something away.
Whether its inspiration on how to approach my career, how to avoid burnout, how to live in feminine flow, how to live in sync with the seasons or how to manifest the life of your dreams in the most easeful way, I can always count on Amanda’s voice to soothe my energy and put my nervous system in a more relaxed state.
It really is a mental energetic massage in the most delicious way!
Amanda is such a natural and I am so excited to keep learning more from her and the guests she brings along!
She somehow loves all of the topics I love (like neuroscience and magical based topics) so every time she posts something I am so grateful and so excited because I learn soooo much from her, specially on the aspect of embodying.
