    dealing with addictions & asking for help.

    it’s the last episode of this season. i’m so grateful that i’ve passed my goal of 100 listens! thank you so for sticking around. next season i plan to have visuals along w a cleaner sound so let’s be in agreement that God is going to make that happen for us! expansion is on the way for sure. this last episode is still kind of mental health awareness related. discussing a bizarre experience i had shopping in target & how an addiction to something can effect different aspects of our lives. be honest with someone about your struggles if you feel this episode could apply to you. sharing with someone else about it is the first step to freedom from it. be blessed, talk to you later.     social anxiety/phobia struggles; mental health awareness month

    in this conversation we discuss the struggles of social phobia, a very common stronghold that can hold us back sometimes in many ways. for me it’s all mental. i had to realize that anything anyone does to mistreat me or offend me has to do with them not me. as well as working on not being so easily offended. constantly growing and relearning. self awareness is the key. thanks for listening 🤎
