    My guest today is Courtney. We are talking about her experience with abuse, depression, anxiety, how she overcame them and found her true self in the process. Courtney went to USC, majoring in Economics, when she experienced abuse from her soccer coach. After school, she worked so hard at Merrill Lynch until she was sick. She finally listened to her body, found spirituality and has been leaning towards her creative spiritual side ever since.
