This is my story, In it I share my struggles with addiction and my journey to and through sobriety. I will tell you how it began and evolved. the mental state that it lead me too. The anxiety, depression, guilt and shame I lived through and how I came to the realization that I was powerless to alcohol and the only way out was asking for help!
