Funny guys

I don’t listen to many podcasts, it these two are entertaining and insightful! There convos are honest which can be hard to handle, but it’s sooo helpful to listen to

Disappointing and Unfocused

I had high hopes for this podcast, but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. The episodes often feel disjointed and lack a clear direction, making it hard to follow and stay engaged. The hosts sometimes seem unprepared, and the advice given often feels generic and uninspired. Not to mention their dynamic feels more like a bully and victim rather than friends, which makes for an uncomfortable listening experience. I was hoping for a podcast that would offer meaningful therapy insights, but Secondhand Therapy left me feeling more frustrated than helped. There are definitely better options out there for those seeking genuine and impactful mental health advice.

Men’s mental health

Couldn’t believe how much I learned from listening to these two. As a man it can be hard to really look at myself, so I know this is basic but hearing men talk about their feelings is actually necessary.
