The Sedgwick Zoo has my whole heart!!!
I want to start by saying that I have virtually zero connection to connection to the Sedgwick Zoo, I’ve actually never even been to Kansas and in fact live in San Diego (a city who’s zoo often times precedes its sports teams in reputation), but let me tell you…. I stumbled upon Sedgwick Zoo on instagram and I can’t remember the last time I rooted for a local community this hard!!! This place has more heart than you can possibly imagine and it shines through in every element of their media outreach!
It is truly remarkable how authentically they are able to capture the essence of their community through these outlets (not kidding, they have brought me to tears over a post about a collapsed tree, I know their entire roster of chimpanzees and have bought several T-shirts to support their efforts lol)— I literally cannot get enough of their content and this podcast is NO exception! Thank you to their staff and content creators for creating yet another amazing vehicle for staying connected to Sedgwick from afar— You guys are simply the best, keep up the GREAT work!!!
