    Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #285 "Monster Mashup"

On Episode 285 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast, things begin with a status update on the latest HasLab crowdfunding project for Victory Saber as well as a potential tier bonus that was mistakenly unveiled. Next, we dive into a large amount of leaks that have surfaced recently, ranging from an exclusive Velocitron line to new vintage Beast Wars reissues, to more R.E.D figures and even more. Target's latest Red Card Exclusive Road Rage was unveiled as well as Draculus, a new Transformers collaboration with Universal Monsters, and we give our impressions on these new toys. We continue our "Classics Retrospective" with a look back on 2011 and some of 2012's releases. Reveal the Shield and the initial Generations line started to wrap up and Japan's United line was gearing up. Exclusives like the Targetmaster Microns, Million Publishing Stepper and clear three-packs were on our radars and Botcon 2012 gave us a small sample of Classic goodness. Closing out this episode is another round of bragging rights.

    Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #284 "Welcome to 2010"

    Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #284 "Welcome to 2010"

Episode 284 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast begins with a discussion on the new HasLab Victory Saber crowdfunding campaign, and the future of Japanese anime characters in the U.S. toyline. We move to the freshly revealed Studio Series Deluxe Class N.E.S.T. Bumblebee, and some comical packaging spelling errors. Next is the similarly revealed - or perhaps leaked - Kingdom Deluxe Class Slammer, which will perfectly compliment your Titan Metroplex. We tackle a pair of listener questions asking about the next use of the Titan Ark figure, and if the Twincast crew has personal examples of the softer, plasticizer-laden bits of our Transformers damaging or imprinting on harder plastic pieces, which we do. Then, after a long hiatus, the show continues its Classics Retrospective segment, where we examine the Transformers brand machinations of 2010, which include: the Classics and Universe 2.0 lines rebranding into Generations, the War for Cybertron video game toys, shiny metallic Takara Transformers United releases of those toys, Reveal the Shield, Power Core Combiners, Takara's Welcome to 2010 line, and so much more. We wrap up the episode with a round of bragging rights where the cast discusses what they've acquired since the last show.

Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #283 "Awaken! Victory Leo"

The Twincast delves into what may be coming in the (as of this recording) imminent Hasbro Transformers Fan Friday and says "Let's Say Go!" Could it be Victory Saber, Dino King, or Road Caesar? The Cyberverse Adventures Dinobots Unite toyline gets a major upswing with the leaked reveal of Deluxe Dinobot Slag, or Slug depending on your perspective. TakaraTomy is not forgotten with discussion about an upcoming Masterpiece Cliffjumper and Shouki from the upcoming Trainbots Raiden release. Commander Class Rodimus Prime from War for Cybertron Kingdom gets a spotlight as well as the unexpected Puffer minibot reveal, expected in the Golden Disc Amazon exclusive sublimn. Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #282 "Lost and Found"

Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #282 "Lost and Found"

The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast presents episode 282 which begins with chat about the leaked out first looks of War for Cybertron Kingdom's fourth wave of deluxe class figures, with Pipes and Shadow Panther plus the Selects release of a blue Bluestreak. This presents opportunity to address a listener question about preferences for leaks as opposed to official reveals, especially appropriate given more retailer listings for upcoming items have been discovered in Target's system. Some other upcoming Masterpiece products have been revealed with Crosscut and Nightbird, and some time is taken to reflect on these unconventional entries into the lineup. In-hand impressions follow of the just released MPM-12 Optimus Prime figure, based on his appearance in 2018's Bumblebee movie. Listener questions continue after that with thoughts about Armada Masterpiece figures nosediving into Robots in Disguise MP wishes. After that, another listener question prompts the cast to think about literal lost Transformers toys before the recurring Bragging Rights segment wraps up another episode with what the cast has found recently.

Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast #281 "Netflix Kingdom Reviewed"

Episode 281 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is almost all about the just released Transformers War for Cybertron: Kingdom show, available now streaming on Netflix. The cast goes through the six episode series episode by episode, covering the story, characters, and how everything fits in to the wider trilogy. The introduction of the Beast Wars characters provides ample room for discussion as the talk looks at how these characters like Optimus Primal, Cheetor, Dinobot, Blackarachnia and others are handled, including the good and not so good parts of the voice performances. The episodes covering the show's climactic moments are in the spotlight next with opinions offered on Starscream's story as well as how Unicron is fit in to the proceedings. The ending of Kingdom, how it handles some characters from earlier chapters such as Siege and its overall pacing come up to round out the cartoon discussion. The episode concludes with a shorter than usual "Bragging Rights" segment where the cast members share their recent Transformers toy acquisitions.

Spot on reviews

Review of Netflix earthrise is my second episode listening too and having seen it before hand and having my own opinions. Listening I found the review to be spot on to my own feelings and they did a great job of explaining everything. I’m so happy to have found this pod cast.

My favourite Transformers Podcast

I listen to a few transformers podcast, but this one I think has the best discussions, flow, layout and banter. I’d say the most refined podcast on the subject (that I’ve listened too). I always look forward to the cast retuning bi weekly. It’s worth a listen.
