We talk to Louise about their ambitions to become a B Corp and how this fits with the Natura and Co mission (their umbrella company), as they join other brands in the portfolio like Body Shop and Aesop, who are all certified B Corps.

Jamie Laing, TV personality and entrepreneur, founded sustainable sweet brand, Candy Kittens, 6 years ago. We interview Jamie and Managing Director Ed Williams about their mission to shake up the sweet game. Unlike most sweets they don’t use animal gelatine in their products, they source ingredients that are good for the planet, and they recently became a carbon neutral brand. Now, they’re working towards B Corp certification.

Charmian Love is a sustainability and social change superstar. We interviewed the Cofounder of B Lab UK, the not for profit behind the B Corp certification and movement, who is now their Activist in Residence. Char is a fantastic advocate for B Corp, has played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the UK B Corp movement, and her energy and passion for B Corp and radical change can inspire the activist in all of us.

Coutts is recognised as one of the UK’s leading private banks and wealth managers. In July 2021 they certified as a B Corp, causing quite a stir! Alison was instrumental in achieving the certification - our interview shares some valuable insights into how companies, even large financial institutions like Coutts, can achieve B Corp status.

Since their launch in 1999 innocent has tried to do business the right way and in June 2018 they successfully certified as a B Corp. They’ve been flying a flag for the movement ever since. We caught up with Douglas on his love of the B Corp community, how the certification helps innocent secure high quality talent, and more.
