As we just crossed the Spring Equinox, the point of equal darkness and light, Balance is calling to us. But the way we are "sold" the concept of work/life balance is usually rooted in Fear, capitalism, "peak performance," biohacking, and all kinds of exhausting pieces of advice that aren't actually possible, sustainable, or enjoyable. If work/life balance or the concept of balance in your life has been a struggle for you, dear God you’re not alone. I don’t think we have as much of a problem with balance in our lives. The problem is with our understanding of balance and the permission we give ourselves to balance our lives. In this replay of a gathering in the Wild Wellness Women's Circle, I'm bringing you a completely NEW way to think about balance that will bring you so much FREEDOM.  We're being drawn into... 306. 3 Lists That Helped Me Reclaim My Time and Energy (and Feel Like My Life Was Mine Again)

🌸The Spring Sanctuary is now open! Join me March 25-May 15 in a protected wildlife preserve for your Natural Self. There was a point where my life looked great on the outside... but didn't feel like mine. Not because anything was "wrong." But because I was constantly reacting, managing, holding things together—and somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling like I was actually truly living my own Life. In this episode, I'm sharing 3 simple lists that I've come back to over and over again—both personally and with my clients—because they help me return to my True Self in a real, grounded, practical way. Not by managing Time better, but by changing my relationship with it. These are not productivity tools. They're small, honest practices that help you see: what you've had enough ofwhat you actually want more ofwhat you're carrying that was never yoursand why the things that matter most keep getting pushed asideBut we also go deeper than that. Because Clarity isn't usually the problem. Most women already know what they need. The harder part is actually living it—especially when you're doing it alone, inside Systems that reward urgency and over-functioning. If you've been feeling stretched thin, "behind" or "absent" from your own Life, or like something needs to shift but feels impossible... this episode will meet you there. A gentle place to start: You don't need to overhaul your Life.Just start with the lists.Let yourself see what's True. And notice what Love then begins to ask gently of you.If you're wanting a space where this kind of shift can actually be LIVED—not just thought about—the Spring Sanctuary is here to offer you a True Season of Support. Click here to learn more and join. How we can walk together: Join the next women's circle, Spring Sanctuary, March 25-May 15. 305. Why So Many Women Feel Disconnected & How To Upgrade from Social Media to Microdosing Connection

🌸The Spring Sanctuary is now open! Join me March 25-May 15 in a protected wildlife preserve for your Natural Self. Have you ever picked up your phone for a second... and somehow lost 30 minutes? In this episode, we're talking about a kind of disconnection that most women feel but rarely name. Not exactly loneliness or burnout, but a persistent sense that you're not fully inhabiting your own Life. We turn to social media to try to meet that need. It gives us the false but fleeting sense of connection without the real nourishment of it. So we keep going back, again and again, hoping we'll find but we're looking for but rarely do. In this episode, I share the shift that completely changed my relationship with connection—moving from passive consumption to what I call microdosing connection. Press play to hear: Why social media can leave you feeling more disconnectedThe difference between dopamine hits and real relational nourishmentWhat "microdosing connection" actually looks like IRLWhy so many women feel like connection feels fake or like way too much effortHow to create connections that feel both easy and meaningfulSpring Sanctuary is an 8-week fully asynchronous women's circle designed around this principle of spacious, low-pressure connection. Click here to learn more and join. How we can walk together: Join the next women's circle, Spring Sanctuary, March 25-May 15. 304. Why So Many Women Try to Heal Alone

🌸The Spring Sanctuary is now open! Join me March 25-May 15 in a protected wildlife preserve for your Natural Self. Many women try to heal alone, even when they deeply crave connection. Personal growth and healing often become lonely journeys because traditional group spaces can feel overwhelming. People overshare. Conversations feel forced. The pressure to show up, participate, and keep up with everyone else can make community feel like one more demand on an already full life. But what if the problem isn't connection itself? What if the problem is the way connection is structured? In this episode, we explore the idea of microdosing connection—small, steady forms of relational support that allow growth to happen alongside others without the overwhelm that many group spaces create. We talk about why women often attempt healing alone and why thoughtfully designed community can actually make the path lighter rather than heavier. Press play on this episode to hear: Why many women prefer doing personal growth aloneThe hidden emotional cost of isolating during healingWhy traditional group programs can feel draining or performativeHow microdosing connection creates meaningful support without overwhelmWhy healing in community doesn't have to feel like a group projectHealing doesn't have to happen in isolation, and connection doesn't have to feel like a burden. 302. When Time Isn’t Fair: Reciprocity, Energy, and the Cost of Live Time

🌸The Spring Sanctuary is now open! Join me March 25-May 15 in a protected wildlife preserve for your Natural Self. Time isn’t always fair, even though most systems treat it as if it were. An hour is often treated like a neutral unit, something interchangeable that can be scheduled anywhere in the day. But in real life, Time is experienced through bodies, energy, context, and life circumstances. Some hours nourish us. Some hours drain us. And some hours carry a much higher energetic cost than we realize. In this episode, I explore why fixed schedules and live commitments can actually create imbalances in reciprocity. Because when something happens at a set time, someone is always engaging during their most resourced hours, while someone else is sacrificing rest, connection, or recovery. This realization eventually led me to redesign my work around asynchronous support, allowing people to engage when their energy and attention are actually available. Inside this episode we talk about: Why an hour is not actually equal to another hour How modern time structures ignore human energy rhythms The hidden energetic cost of live schedules and fixed meeting times Why asynchronous coaching and community restore agency How designing life around energy reciprocity changes everything If you've ever wondered why some commitments feel nourishing while others feel impossibly heavy, this conversation may help you see time in a completely new way.
