    320. Channeling Clarity & Overcoming Overthinking With A Pendulum Practice

    We can get so caught up in cycles of doubt, insecurity, overthinking, overanalyzing, analysis paralysis, second guessing, getting stuck, procrastinating, and all of these obstacles in our decision-making. And beginning to use a pendulum to ask anything—from the most simple and basic low-risk type of question, to making some of the biggest decisions of my life—has really freed me from all of those monkey mind games that used to set me back. And I'm on a mission to share that kind of freedom with others. In this episode, I’ll be teaching us how divination was once a universal folk practice, why it’s actually normal to consult your intuition (and quite abnormal not to), and how to use a pendulum (or any weighted necklace) to access clear yes/no guidance from your body, intuition, ancestors, or divine support team. We’ll explore the science-backed connection between pendulum work and muscle testing, discuss who or what we might be channeling, and have hands-on practice together in real time. We all have inherent gifts that we are born with that are meant for our own benefit (to enjoy!) and meant for others' benefit too (to serve.)
