Sarah R. hears the unfiltered truth about her talent (it’s true Sarah, and I write these iTunes descriptions so you can’t tell me otherwise).

Honest, open and Intelligent

Podcasts with intelligent, articulate people who are genuinely trying to navigate life and aren't afraid to be honest. So refreshing.
Start with September 18th. You might not need, or be in, therapy but I guarantee you that someone you know will benefit from listening to it.
I don't think one needs to be in the academic world for these sessions to be useful.

It's nice to know I'm not alone!

I'm a PhD student in Astronomy and as anyone in a PhD program or any other rigorous course of study knows, it's hard to remember to take a step back from the bubble of academia and all of the terrible habits it perpetuates. This podcast helps me take the time to reflect on how to improve my own self outside of my work and how to stay happy while doing that. Thanks to both of you taking the time out of your busy lives to make these. I especially loved the latest episode with Dr. Cabrera Salazar! You're *all* amazing!
