I love how open and honest this show is. Life can be hard, but when we can speak openly about challenges it makes it a little bit easier for others when they go through them. This show is super easy to listen to and done well. Great job ladies!

I’m going to be honest. I knew one of the podcasters (I won’t say her name but it starts with an S) when I was younger, and she was extremely mean and toxic. And she seemed jealous and was even a bully! Even though I was nice to her! So I find it very interesting how she did a podcast on toxic friendships.🤔Although, that was many years ago, I never got an apology or any remorse from her. I chose to forgive her for my own sake since I don’t like to hold onto anger and grudges, because it’s unproductive and a waste of time. However, I just found out she has a podcast. So I listened because I do love podcasts. And I do like the content of this podcast, and I’m a new subscriber! Which is why I gave it five stars!🎉But FYI: please be kind to people. Especially, when they’re kind to you. Plus, you never know who you’ve hurt in the past. But I do hope that she has improved as a person since it has been years. But I do hope she’s well!😊Also, I’m so sorry to hear about her brother. Her brother is in my prayers.

Woman in her mid twenties with A LOT of life experience, even at a young age! Stephany is very casual about real life incidents, and issues. There is no sugarcoating from her. Very raw and real. She also has a good podcasting voice, which is sometimes overlooked.

These chicas serve such realness and the vibe in their show makes it so that you’re able to feel such ambiance. The key topics that they touch on are deep, & this how has a way that does help you to be less self-conchas. Empowering is what comes to mind. Personally when I heard the ‘Unpacking Childhood Trauma’ episode I started off a slight bit triggered, (trauma survivor here ), but I felt that throughout the episode there was a gentle way that this segment was delivered it helped me to relax into it.
