    Don't even lie - you don't either. Listen the 8 hour work day/40 hour work week was created for factory lines to get the most out of the workers as possible. We're B2B marketers working behind computer screens all day. Most of our work each day can be accomplished in 3-4 hours of uninterrupted work. The thing is... we are usually interrupted. By people either virtually or physically. And that's FINE. Make those distractions for yourself sometimes. We weren't working all 8 hours we were in the office every day. We were out and about, changing up where we were working from, stopping by a co-workers desk to ask a question, or just going outside for some air. Do that at home.
