SELF. LOVE. TALK Podcast Over here we are reprogramming our belief systems through self-love practices. We are monitoring our thoughts, becoming more self-aware, because it is in our minds first that our belief systems are activated. Through personal development hacks that Eunice Love shares from her own life experiences, there is a guaranteed transformation that will take place from applying the tools consistently to see transformational results. Although this is our brutally truthful reality, there is another part of reality many of us overlook, and that reality is that we overlook Ourselves. This is where self-love talk steps in, because the person we spend the most hours in a day with is ourselves. Twenty-four hours a day, which means that most of our actions are results of the conversations that are taking place somewhere between our minds and our emotions. On this podcast we are learning ways to tackle self-awareness so we can know which of our thoughts to give attention to that can prevent negativity from taking over us, and which of our thoughts need monitoring for the time we'll need to set aside to properly monitor them. Even during the more difficult times in your life, what's shared here on this podcast, will help you uncover your greatest potential and will lead you to affirmative action toward your mental transformation. Truth is, what we repeatedly say to ourselves, whether in thought or verbally, we will believe. That is why I believe in self-love talk as much as I do, because it has gotten me out and through some of my hardest times and I will never stop believing in this self-help formula.     IT'S UP TO YOU

    Hey guys, welcome back & thank you for being here for this 2nd Season. Circumstances in our lives will come and go, whether we expect them to, or not. Some circumstances are short-term, others are long-term. There are times we go through hardships, not knowing what to do, how to do what needs to be done, or where to even begin to do anything at all. Sometimes that can cause us to feel stuck and forget the power we posses within. Overlooking some of our previous wins and outcomes from some of our hardest battles. I think life can get moving so swiftly at times, making it hard for us to keep count of how many hurdles we might've already crossed over, won, and overcame. We find self-doubting things to say and think about ourselves in moments of confusion, worry and regret, making matters worsen, affecting the mental space, causing unsuccessful results by way of thinking and fearfully or irrationally reacting. It doesn't resonate with us much when things aren't going how we prefer life to go, but how we react to things we face is one of the most important actions we could make....easy to forget while going through our pain, our struggles, our hardest challenges. We forget just how powerful we are as people. LIFE IS lifing, as the generation right now would say! It will keep on lifing, and there's nothing we can do to change that reality, no matter what, but we are in control of how we will let these circumstances affect us. How we respond going forward is up to us! IT'S UP TO YOU. That's the starting point to recognizing what you can change and focusing on changing whatever that is. No more wasted time focusing on what you can't change, because that changes nothing for the better. We can't want change without willingness to make changes, and today you can borrow one of my self-love talks to practice healthier ways to maintain each day, or matter you may want to work on and it's an easy exercise, if you're familiar with affirmations.     What if all of the chaos is the very thing in your life that's trying to push you into the greatness that you've been too afraid to step into? What if what's been happening in your life is there to push you into purpose?  What if everything you've been going through is a wake up call to a greater mission for you to accomplish?  What if the reason is bigger than the pain you had to endure? Sometimes the pain we feel is carrying purpose in it.  For me, a lot of what I've gone through in my personal life gave me purpose and meaning for life, which is why I can go into immediate mental shifts when challenges show up; where I ask myself, or God, what am I to be taught from this? What is this here to show me about myself? I know that isn't easy to do when it feels like life is throwing punches at you, but in this episode I mention getting still.....solitude is mandatory to get clarity and direction. It's not always other people who are throwing our path off, if we're honest enough, we can admit that we can be our own problem. How you can dictate that is by analyzing your patterns. How are things showing up in your life? How familiar is the last experience to your previous ones? Giving yourself time of stillness/solitude helps with self-awareness, I highly recommend it because I know personally that it works. It's healthy for your emotional, mental and spiritual being. No matter how tough it gets, we have to keep pushing! If you have to cry your way out, give yourself time to do that! If you have to scream at times, take your moment to do that! Whatever you do, push through. What if what's waiting on the other side of your push is going to get you more of what you deserve in life? Make sure you don't give up so you can see what that is.
