    Lucid Dreaming, awakening, a conversation with Ray Bratcher

    Ray Bratcher shares the energetics of personal transformation and “embodied enlightenment,” primarily through Sacred Breath–the culmination of nearly 30 years as a professional Rebirthing-Breathworker.Ray served as Lead Trainer with Rebirthing’s discoverer, then as Executive Director of Rebirth International. He was led to Sacred Breath, recently being recognized as a “Global Breathwork Leader” by the International Center for Breathwork.     Meeting Carey Hauri and talking about “A Course in Miracles” and nondual realisation.

    In this episode, I had the pleasure of meeting Carey Hauri. Carey has been on a spiritual journey and has studied A Course in Miracles extensively. I never did the entire course myself but at some point, I did enjoy listening to A Course in Miracles Made Easy by Alan Cohen. From the perspective of self-realisation I felt that this course was very very clear and it points to the Truth. It clearly explains that the mind is a projection of the unreal. That we are the light projecting the “movie” on the screen of life.  It was fun discussing it from the point of view of what is learned in the course but also from the point of view of starting with the infinite is already whole and totally here now, from the non-dual perspective.  I feel that our conversation is woven with both, the learning and application of the course and the realisation that all is already whole and only happening in this moment.  I hope you get something for you in it.     Self-realisation, intuition and discussing the concept of ascending higher state of consciousness.

    In conversation with Daryl Sampson. In this episode, we are discussing functioning from intuition, awakening at the level of the mind, heart and gut and at the end of the conversation we reflect on the new age concept of ascending to higher states of consciousness. This “channelling” are still done from the point of view of the belief in being a person trying to ascend to a higher state of consciousness. But if we look closely from the right side up point of view of Truth, there is no ascending anything because Truth is already here now.     My story of realising my True Nature Part 1

    In this episode, I thought I would share my own direct experience of self-realisation. If that may help anyone realise and live the human experience from their True Nature in all its simplicity. Today is April 1st, 2023 and I realised my True Nature exactly 2 years ago, on April 1st, 2021. Rhonda Byrne is the one that did it for me. As I listened to her book “The Greatest Secret”, the greatest secret was revealed to me. Our True Nature is the impersonal presence of pure awareness. It is not moving, it is not changing and it is always present. From this stable ground, the human experience becomes a magical and delightful experience.
