More people coming outside of university are taking the 'unconventional' route of either joining start ups or creating a company of their own and the younger generation are traditionally more willing to take risks and pave their own path. I was listening to a podcast episode with Martha Beck who wrote the book "The Way of Integrity" and she also said this quote which really resonated with me - "Peace is the home, integrity is the way to it and everything you long for will meet you there".
