Hello! My name is Amber and Im on the start of a journey into rediscovering who I am as an individual, more so who I am aside from being the mother that I’ve been this past decade. I want this podcast to follow me on my journey and discuss all that it entails. We will cover self care, self worth, mental health, healing, spirituality, probably some parenting, and all topic in between! I hope my journey will be relatable to others and maybe even inspire someone!
