Do yourself a favor… Listen to her”Scams” podcast!

I believe Meredith truly cares about people of all ages, but especially seniors…after listening to her podcast about scams and how to be on the lookout for them. It was very informative for anybody who does email or uses a phone she gives you all kinds of tips. But her number one tip was to PAUSE, to think it over before you do anything. The only thing I would add to this is if you have somebody you trust, ask them their opinion before you do anything. This could make the difference between maintaining what you own -or- losing it…or a lot of it! Thank you Meredith for this particular podcast, it was wonderful!

Hope is my Middle Name ,

Excellent Podcast

I really enjoy all your podcasts! They are so well done and have great info- some of what reinforces what I already knew. Imagine my surprise as I listened while on my walk today when I heard you were from Plymouth, MA because I lived there for almost 40 years! My oldest daughter is just slightly younger than you.(were you born at Jordan Hospital too?) Small world!! And I would rather be in AZ too!

Exercising senior ,

Excellent workouts

Just listened to Meredith’s podcast about “Meredith” and it only reinforces what I have only recently discovered about her...she truly understands the senior body! I like knowing what body part to use and why!! Her workouts are so effective but they don’t leave you in pain or worn out..I am able (with her help) to adapt things to my level on that particular day...she is so professional and caring..highly recommend her podcasts and program on YouTube 🏋️‍♀️🙂
