So easy to learn while regularly moving!

Wellness While Walking podcast makes it easy to learn while incorporating movement into my life on a daily basis. I never used to listen to things while on my walks. When I found Carolyn’s show, however, I began to look forward to my walks even more, knowing I was going to get to hear her take on various health and wellness topics, as well as hear from interesting guests and their perspectives. I love the duration of the show, and the handy notification for when to turn around half-way through. Thank you Carolyn!

Loving this addition to my walking routine

I have been walking throughout the pandemic - mostly with friends. I recently learned of Carolyn’s podcast and it is such a welcome addition to my walking routine, especially when I am walking alone. I love Carolyn’s nonjudgmental approach to wellness and her focus on science and meeting you where you are. This is a great podcast and I highly recommend it!
