Carolyn is a wonderful listen and I love how she alerts me to turn around at the halfway point of a 30 minute run! Her information is never preachy and always filled with useful takeaways or ideas to ponder. This is a priority listen on my rotation!

A Great Listen!

I found this podcast last year and have been a regular listener since. It’s such a wealth of information and a great accompaniment to my walks. Carolyn has a variety of interesting guests and her interviews really break down sometimes complex subject matter into easily “digested bites”. I really enjoy this podcast and hope it continues for a long time.

Recently found this podcast and really enjoy it! Especially appreciated the Imposter No More episode with Dr. Jill Stoddard. What really resonated with me was such a candid conversation about how we need to be aware of the values we want to model to our children even in our failures.
