Proprioception Signs in Children The girls discuss proprioception, focusing on common signs and activities observed in children. We highlight examples such as children appearing clumsy, perimeter walking, and engaging in activities like dragging heavy objects or playing with large toys. Daphne emphasized the importance of quantifying and communicating specific behaviors to doctors for better understanding and intervention, and for parent empowerment for assistance. Child Behavior Management Strategies We discuss strategies for managing children's behavior and incorporating them into daily routines. Velma shares an example of a young boy who was given his own cupboard and grocery bags to help him feel independent and occupied, while meeting his need for baby weight lifting (lol).
