In this episode, the Sequelitis crew crafts a follow-up to Danny Boyle's 2002 in-no-way-relevant-to-today zombie flick "28 Days Later."     It’s Halloween! What better way to celebrate than with a topical discussion of the hottest horror movie of last year— Hereditary. Adam, Mike, Jon and Anne admittedly gush for a while over the film until its pivotal character’s name is mispronounced in a hilarious way and then they fly off the rails. Not to spoil anything (after all, Hereditary can be easily ruined with spoilers), but Sean Connery is in this episode a lot. Give this a listen on the spookiest of days and remember, as the old saying goes, don’t let your mom saw her own head off while levitating in the attic over the corpse of her mother while two naked old strangers watch. **weird clicking tongue noise thing** #CatchSequelitis

    It’s the 10th anniversary of the 6th film by Quentin Tarantino and 3 boys gather ‘round a table at StudioME to sequelize what might be Tarantino’s masterpiece. Such a feat may seem to be impossible until the Plot Device suggests a low budget rip-off of the revisionist World War II epic... ...but then it makes us “add the Joker” and all hell breaks loose. Adam’s frustrations with Mike flare while Jonny tries to keep the peace. By the end, they make something at least 3 people would definitely watch, and THAT’S a Bingo.     Whoa... believe it or not, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the Wachowskis' turn-of-the-millenium sci-fi game-changer, The Matrix. And it's just been announced that they're making a fourth Matrix movie to boot! To celebrate, we opened up the Loose Cannon video vault to snatch audio from our first ever Sequelitis video episode, from way back in 2017. In this special Prequelitis episode, the Flannel Panel (Mike DiGuglielmo, Adam Prevade, Jon DeCarlo and John Gleason) breaks down their reboot of The Matrix trilogy. At the mercy of "The Plot Device”, they talk about unnecessary hair braids, Freddy Krueger, dirty Nick Kroll, and eventually— The Matrix. They even add The Rock for good measure. #CatchSequelitis

Sequelitis is back with a little Kazakh flair as the Loose Cannon gang tries their hand at sequelizing the crude but lovable Sacha Baron Cohen satire “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.” Turns out, a pure sequel isn’t easy when dealing with spoof mockumentary films, but Alex saves the day with what is easily the greatest idea in podcast history. Meanwhile, Mike and Jonny sound Italian when doing a Borat voice, Adam gushes over what is clearly, like, his favorite film of all time for some reason, and Anne has never even seen the movie (like an a-hole from Uzbekistan).
