This is the perfect podcast if you want to be more informed on what’s happening in Louisiana. Cuz wowzers there’s never a dull moment over here. Michelle and Ellie do a great job explaining what’s going and they bring in great guests.

There is no bottom at the Louisiana Legislature and Ellie and Michelle give an up close view of what it’s like being in the pits of despair at the Louisiana Capitol where our elected officials think the Chinese are selling our DNA and people who sexually abuse animals shouldn’t be prohibited from being around animals because we don’t have “vegan prisons.” Yes, these are all things our legislators have said and they show exactly what it’s like to fight for reproductive justice in the south.

This podcast helps me stay updated on what’s going on in LA politics and it is delivered in such a sharp, funny way. I love when you all get into the details of the process, the law, and the people/politicians involved. This is also such an accessible way to get this information. I’m pretty well informed, but I’m learning more from you all and can listen to podcasts while I do other things. I also just feel less alone hearing you all talking about the insanity of it all.
