The Gift of the Grasshopper - fabulous!

I always relate to the topics in Ingrid’s podcasts. She has a way of making you pause and reflect on your own life. Today I listened to The Gift of the Grasshopper and smiled the entire time. Such a fun interaction with nature! And it was genius to use it to remind us to stay on our own path knowing others will join us when they are ready - or not. We, and the path that we are on, are okay just the way we are. Thanks for another wonderful podcast, Ingrid!

A must listen

I love this podcast! After a quick 15 minutes I feel my energy completely shift for the better. I always take away something from every podcast to apply to my everyday life as a Mom, Daughter, Sister, Friend and Coworker. Ingrids voice itself is even calming! I am able to listen to one on my way to work or to the grocery store. I love how they are the perfect amount of time and chock-full of amazing takeaways. I highly recommend this to everybody. Thank you Ingrid!

A great listen!

Ingrid has a knack for taking a simple topic and circling us around it so that we see it from a different perspective. She’s smart and insightful and I love how these episodes leave me feeling curious about myself and grounded - at the same time.
