Seven's Up!

This is a wonderful, creative endeavor by a 7th grade English class in Brooklyn, NY. Their teacher lets them shine, and the kids deliver, with delightful hosts and thoughtful essays. Listen and be inspired.

I like how much they describe in the story, also the way that you learn random things. This surprised me at first because it is crazy how those children created this whole thing.

The voices of the young and the old are the voices that are left out of the world's conversation. Enter Seven's Up, a podcast entirely written and shared by 7th grade students from Brooklyn, NY. Inside this episode, you'll hear their thoughts on parent-child relationships, standardized testing, the immigrant experience, trophy hunting, sexism, and growing older in an often perplexing world. Sincere and enigmatic, these kids worked their tails off to produce this for their community, and we're hoping listenership will inspire grown-ups and kids alike!
