This podcast host is like a real life Samantha from the movie HER. Not sure what I thought I was getting into, but this podcast is really only for lonely 40/50-something year-old men. Lots of cheesy, fake, “flirticious” giggling and whispering, sexual innuendos, etc. Definitely not useful for helping the general public with sleep problems. Don’t waste your time unless the above description is exactly what you’re looking for.
Trucking is so much better now.
