Shadow Mark

Shadow Mark is a veteran ran podcast. We aim to combat the stigma surrounding mental health. We do this by having normal conversations, and teaming up with those around us to create a family you can rely on. Our mission is to create a healthy environment to discuss mental health, remove the taboo label thats been created, and in general have a good time in doing so. So many of our friends have taken their own lives, and it is our goal to help prevent that. So take a seat, be prepared to learn, laugh, and smile.
