    Take a dive into the history, folklore and ghost stories of The Punch Bowl Inn in Lanreath, Cornwall. An ancient building, said to be one of the oldest public houses in the land, granted a drinks license in 1620. The pub boasts an impressive 13 ghosts, from phantom carriages, a sad lonely girl and a demonic black cockerel, that terrorised the village over 200 years ago. There's also a lot of history in the village, including the nearby Giant's Hedge, a royal visitation and early indicators of a saintly hermit giving the village its name.

    Jonathan, Bear and the team prepare for the nights paranormal investigation at Vault 72. There's also an opportunity to dig deeper into the history of the old house, hidden away on Multley Plain, Plymouth. Talking to witnesses and staff at the adjoining club has created a disturbing atmosphere. There is talk of a 'demonic' presence on the top floor of the derelict house, which has the team wondering if their skepticism regarding 'demons' was a little hasty. Foul language on the voice devices, footsteps on the stairs, repeated messages to "get out", "stop" and "leave", climaxing in a group seance with members from the XXX club, calling out into the darkness.

    Ghostly encounters in Plymouth’s XXX Adult Club – Full after dark investigation! Moans, groans and things go bump in the night at Vault 72, the alternative, members only club on Mutley Plain. Shadow Tor Paranormal and Four Bears Paranormal were invited by the owner of the club to investigate recent unexplainable events. Recent renovations to extend the club have broken through to the old Victorian Villa at the rear, hidden from the street. A historical time capsule has been uncovered, but something else too; staff and members have reported quite violent and nasty occurrences! What is haunting Vault72?

    A terrifying night in Gloucester Prison, doing a 3D tech job for Most Haunted. Matt 'Bear' Clark and Jonathan Boakes spend the night alone, in the abandoned Victorian blocks and cells. A smooth night of 3D and audio capturing is interrupted, frequently, by unexplainable events and scary occurrences. The prison is built on the site of the old Norman Castle, with many bodies in the old foundations by archaeologists. Who haunts Gloucester Prison?

With new ghost-hunting tech in-play, we were astounded to get some messages from the 'beyond'.

    A trek through the haunted oak forest, Kilminorth Woods, ona mission to follow the ancient monument known as 'The Giants Hedge' past 2000 year old Iron Age encampments and a potential ancient site. Very chatty ghosts on the Spirit Box and lots of mysterious energy throughout the woods, which many locals claim are haunted by witches, who met a horrible end in the oak glades and valleys they called home. Several Shadow Tor members are taking a paranormally-minded walk through the woods on a warm Summer’s night. They are unaware of what they would encounter at the Wychwood Hollow.

    Shadow Tor investigate the history and ghost stories of theSmuggler’s Cott, East Looe, Cornwall. The ancient 600-year-old building was the haunt of ‘free traders’, running an illegal store for contraband goods, gambling and plotting the wrecking ships for cargo along the rocky Cornish coast. Matt ‘Bear’ Clark visits the old place, now a popular restaurant in the heart of harbour town, to speak to staff and owners about the ‘ghosts’. Strange things are occurring; furniture moves, objects are thrown, a presence in the secret cellar and a dark figure seen by the old smuggling tunnel. This episode of the Shadow Tor Paranormal Podcast contains interviews, witness statements and theories about the tunnel and other architectural mysteries. Have recent alterations and changes at the venue somehow ‘provoked’ the paranormal occurrences?
