    Today we have on the show, Brooke McGregor! Kaleidoscope's COO and half of the magic behind our incredible juice selection.  Brooke's background and specialty in nutrition is a driving force behind all of the intentional ingredients in each of our juices and smoothies.  In this episode, we had a conversation about cleansing.  Now, the phrase "juice cleanse" can feel somewhat triggering due to its ties to weight loss and unhealthy eating habits.  Thanks to Kaleidoscope, juice cleansing has become so much more than that.  The company offers cleanses to all people interested in cleansing, however, they take great pride in their cleanse ascension guide which allows the cleanser to focus on tuning their spiritual selves.  This is done through the clearing and healing of chakras.  The guide was created to point you in the direction of what juices to add to your cleanse (or even your daily lives) in order to achieve spiritual and emotional balance.  Brooke walked us through each of the chakras in detail and suggests great ingredients and juices to focus on for each one. We had such a meaningful conversation with Joe about his healing and transformation and how we can learn from it. Joe explains energy healing and the history of it and how it turned into the practice of Reiki. We also talk about the importance of meditating and how it can help us connect deeper with who we really are.   We especially loved our conversation surrounding chakras because we integrate the importance of balancing chakras through our products at kaleidoscope.  As energetic beings it is so important to keep our chakras balanced and connected to the universe.
