Finally a NYC real estate podcast that goes deep

This podcast has the level of granularity on zoning and regulations you don’t find in other Nyc real estate podcasts. Love that you guys talk about zoning resolution sections like 23-692, LIHTC, etc. David and Brenda are a great team and eager to listen to the next. One suggestion: some bite sized clips would be great to see on LinkedIn! - Wilson parry ceo propertyscout.com

What a show!!! 👏👏

Such a great show. From interviews that make me feel like I'm eavesdropping on genius conversations to tidbits of trivia that I'm definitely using at my next social gathering (or trivia night, if I get brave enough). It's like having a witty friend in my ear who always has the best stories... or at least pretends to hilariously! 10/10 would recommend for both mental stimulation and occasional snort-laughing.
