    Making the Case: Why ur ass needs PFPT

    Taking a *Decent* Sexual History for Adolescents

    When Religion (or the Supreme Court) Gets in the Way - Contraception Counseling in Catholic Settings

    Raise your hand if you are a sexual/reproductive health care provider in a Catholic setting... or someone who is upset about the 5 decade rollback on reproductive health care after the overturn of Roe... this episode is for you!  [If you're in a rush for a script on this topic today, skip to approximately minute 9.] As we all wrap our brains and hearts (and g******s) around the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade, this is great scripting for all of us, who may no longer be able to provide the healthcare we believe is appropriate, thanks to restrictions enforced by a "higher power".     Paps, Colpos + HPV, oh my!

    January is cervical cancer awareness month... but I bet you do a lot of pap smears all year round. Even though this is a HUGE part of what we do in the clinic each day, many patients aren't clear on what a pap smear is, why we do it, how often it's needed, and what an abnormal results means.
