Perfect Timing
Changed my life as a pre-owner, and still delivers to bring amazing content information as an owner. Keep inspiring shared practices team!
Skeptical
They teach good principles, but I’ve personally heard a lot of horror stories from their past staff members. Stories of practices that suddenly close giving no notice to patients or staff, broken promises, and a general vibe of not being as patient-centered as they claim to be.
Again, I feel like the principles they teach are good, but it may be beneficial to have a healthy dose of skepticism due to their real-world actions.
Great podcast for dental students interested in owning a practice!
