In this first episode we share a coffee with the fabulous Leanne Trainer from Total Body Confidence on how she started training for a completely new career at the age of 41, how she felt starting something new and we discuss how important a healthy body image and where it is not always about diet and losing weight. We discuss how important it is to not be passing on these messages to our daughters and how times have changed.
