    Teenage Challenges All Parents Should Know

    Have you watched the news lately?  I hope not, it's almost not worth it.  But it's safe to say the climate out there is intense.  And I'm not talking about the weather.  Though the weather hasn't been that fun either (Hello, Florida Summer).  A lot weighs on my mind when it comes to raising my children and hoping they can withstand the challenges they'll face, specifically teenage challenges.  The youth of today are on my mind often and I think today is a good day to share what I believe are the biggest teenage challenges that all parents should know.     How to Start Making Memories with Your Children

    The other day I took my kids to Disney World. Cool, right? I live about two hours from there, so we go roughly once a month. We are pretty spoiled in that way. We’ve been doing this for about two years now, and I was pushing them in the stroller down Main Street in 90 degree weather with 100% humidity, I had this memory come back to me. A memory that I had completely forgotten about until that moment. It’s a lesson I learned from my late cousin and it was all about how to start making memories with your children.     How to Deal with Tragedy

    Just the other day while I was getting ready, I had YouTube running around in the background as I normally do.  I'm a recovering YouTube addict, except I've never been officially diagnosed and I'm not recovering.... Anyway, this video came on of this Preacher, of a faith I don't belong to, was discussing the suicide of his child.  His message really spoke to me on how to deal with tragedy.  I've heard this message before, but it hit me different this time.  Maybe it will for you too.     Why I Quit Social Media Forever and You Should Too

    These past few months, She Method went dark  Completely dark.  No posts, no podcasts, no nothing.  Maybe some of you tried to hunt down She Method on social media to see what's up.  But you would have come up empty.  Why?  Because I quit social media.  All social media.  Completely.     What I Wish I Knew in High School
