I’m loving all of these podcasts. I’m being inspired by all of them for different reasons, but Kuma Roberts hit me a little differently. It breaks my heart that anyone is discouraged from being their authentic self because of color or any other reason. We need more Kuma’s who are willing to educate with love and patience those who want to learn and understand how we may unintentionally say or act in any bias. I believe that most people that I know are paralyzed for fear of saying or doing the wrong thing out of ignorance and not intentional by any means. And I love that you actually went to “how should I respond when I hear something that is questionable”. Keep teaching those of us who want to learn and we will then in turn become the teachers.
