Should I Get Bangs? is a podcast about breakdowns &. breakthroughs. Very sensitive comedian Giulia Rozzi, and often a notable guest, explore times that they emotionally cut their bangs, metaphorically (and sometimes literally). Giulia will also share tips on how she (tries) to stay sane and occasionally check in with a licensed therapist (who also happens to be her sister Elena) for expert insight. Mixing comedy and mental health, this show entertains and empathizes. Reach out at ShouldIGetBangsPod@gmail.com

Contentment with Jon Gabrus
Comedian Jon Gabrus shares his realizations on ambition, boundaries and the meaning of success. This is such a fantastic episode to be the season one finale as it explores the balance between work and self-care and me putting this show on pause for a little bit while I work on some other things is exactly that, me trying to achieve career balance. I plan to come back with new shows this winter so stay tuned and if you haven't yet, please go back and enjoy past episodes until I return!

A new favorite podcast
This podcast is a great combination of comedy and thoughtful discussions about emotions and the human experience. Giulia’s perspective as a new mom is something that personally resonates with me (I am also a new mom), and lets me know I’m not alone.
This show makes me like people
All of the guests sound so cool and interesting.
You would never think they struggle with confidence or body image or social anxiety etc. It is another reminder that you never know what is really going on with people and we are all just getting thru the day. Sensitive subjects handled with a perfect balance of levity and bravery. Smart show. Giulia’s final thoughts make me laugh. I loved the episode where she was reading a quote and at the end realized it wasn’t the quote she was looking for. The perfectionist in me would have edited that but she just left it in and it is a great example of why I enjoy hanging out with these people.
Funny and insightful!
Interesting and thoughtful conversations with guests. I love the comedic take on so many important topics!
