    We're Back!!!

    Picture this, me in my room at 4am, lights out, on my laptop with nothing but my microphone and the zeal to record and release new episodes just for you - my babies. It feels amazing to be recording again and on this episode, I discussed what it took to finally get here, a life update or two and more importantly, the vision I have for the podcast moving forward.     Body/Oral hygiene

    This episode is one I take seriously because it does not only affect us personally as individuals but also other people. We sometime downplay the importance of personal hygiene for reasons best known to us but I'm here to tell you, that shouldn't be the case. So on this episode, I talked about how to take our hygiene seriously, some implications of not taking our hygiene seriously and some myths/misconceptions about personal hygiene. I felt so invested in this episode because I long for a world where you don't have to worry about your day/mood being ruined because someone didn't make their "personal" hygiene, personal. Enjoy!

    My 6 reasons why...

    I'm back from my hiatus but unlike Adele, my return is nothing spectacular. I'm not back with a hit single but at least please, go easy on me. I'm here instead with 6 (excuses) reasons why I have not been able to bring myself to record or release an episode, my sincerest apologies for that. Going on a break and losing my consistency has affected me in several ways, one of which is me losing my mojo and not knowing what topic to talk about and how to talk about it. So, this episode is nothing close to perfect but trust me, it's good enough and it's just a step to getting back my consistency. Not me walking in the steps of my not so alive sis, Hannah Baker.     Should we be bothered about: my first job experience?

    First jobs can be thrilling and they can be quite an experience. For first jobs, most people might not know what they really want which could lead to them getting jobs they might not be satisfied with, I happen to be most people 😂😭. On this episode I talked about why I got my first job, how I got it, how it went and why I quit. Heads up, I worked for only three days 😂. If your first job was amazing, lucky you but pleaseee, I did not know better hence why I accepted the job but I know better now so don't make fun of me 😭😭. This episode was full of bants because why not? I SUFFERED! Enjoy this episode, laugh and don't forget to rate and drop a review 😙.

    People sometimes feel the need to tell us things that they think about us and honestly, you can try as much as possible to avoid it but people will always have UNSOLICITED OPINIONS about you and a number of them will even have the audacity to approach you. So on this episode, I basically talked about how to identify unsolicited opinions, some of the reasons I think people have unsolicited opinions and the implications of such opinions. It was really fun recording this episode after like a million tries 😂😭.
